We keep high stock levels of most products, namely wheels but we cannot ensure we keep every wheel in every size and every fitment in stock.
When you purchase online, if we have your item in stock it will be dispatched the same day, usually taking a maximum of 3 working days to arrive.
If we do not have the product that you have ordered in stock, we will order the item same day, and where possible ship directly from the manufacturer to speed up shipping, shipping on out of stock items can take 6-8 business days
When purchasing a wheel and tyre package, wheels MUST leave from our warehouse as that they can be firstly fitted with the specified tyres and then balanced before they reach you. In this case if you order wheels with tyres assuming we have your wheel and tyre in stock the set will be built that day and usually shipped the same day. If either the wheel or the tyre you specify is NOT in stock then we will have to bring the required item to our warehouse and then build the wheels and ship them - this can add a further 3 days, bringing the maximum time to 6 business days.
Wheels will be shipped by either CCL Interlink express tracked delivery or TNT tracked delivery. Small items may be shipped by post office or parcel force.
If you require your item faster than the stated delivery please contact us as this can be arranged, all be it at extra cost.
RETURNS INFORMATION
Products that have been sent out by us incorrect and require returned will be at our cost.
Products which have been correctly send out but the customer has specified the wrong product will be returned at the customers cost
Products (Including wheels) which have been incorrectly fitted to a car and have subsequently been damaged cannot be returned.
Products (Including Wheels) which are fitted correctly but are not the correct fitment for the car and are subsiquently damaged cannot be returned
We cannot refund on tyres which have been used on the road at all.
We will do everything in our power to keep our customers happy but there are situations where this we cannot accept wheels such as above, if you have any queries please contact us, if you need to return wheels and are unsure how to return them or if you are entitled to a refund please contact us.
